Every Sunday Twenty-Seven Bites Brasserie opens its doors to welcome guests to the Big Blu Sunday Brunch, a culinary event that has become famous all around Bangkok and beyond.
Presented an international feast with live cooking stations serving the best flavours from around the world, including fresh seafood-on-ice, imported meats ,Japanese classics, live cooking à-la-minute grilled seafood, Rack of Lamb and beef, live carving stations, the cold cut, salad bar, pasta bar, Asian bites including Thai soups, salads and curries, freshly made Chinese dim sum. As well as offering international choice-cut meats, Indian food, vegetarians will find a wide variety of choices, including halal Indian curries, Mediterranean salads, hearty soups, freshly baked casseroles, and spicy Thai salads.
