BLUE Sky at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, named as one of the 15 Most Exciting Rooftop Bars in the World by Architecture Art Design website, just launched its new mouth-watering Modern French Bistro menu for 2018.
Executive Chef Christian Werdenberg and Blue Sky’s team of culinary artists offer a nightly range of specialties for diners to enjoy against a background of spectacular views over the city.
The menu offers continental favourites such as fresh Boston lobster (B1,700++); 200 days aged Angus 83 T-bone steak, truffle butter, mushroom ragout, red wine jus (B1,800++); Dutch veal cutlet with green pepper sauce and grilled zucchini (B1,750++); seared foie gras, sautéed Romaine lettuce, hazelnuts, sherry dressing (B620++); and classic Steak & Frites (B1,450++).
The dessert parade features dishes such as frozen vanilla mille-feuille (B300++); choux pastry with vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate sauce (B300++) and chocolate moelleux (B300++).
The new menu is available now, every evening from 6.00pm – 02.00am (last order at 11.00pm).
