Calabria Promotion Spasso, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok From 6 - 26 May 2019 

Starting on 6 May, Spasso will offer seven special dishes from the Calabria region in the South-West of Italy, courtesy of Chef Roberto.

You will enjoy Sgombro marinato (smoked mackerel fillet, fennel salad, pine nut, red onion, cedar dressing) at THB 420++, Calamari ripieni (baby squid, cicerchia cream, semi-dried tomato, pickled anchovy, n’duja oil) at THB 450++, Involtini di spada e melanzana (swordfish rolls, grilled eggplant, roasted pepper pesto, wild rocket, crispy pecorino) at THB 450++, Pasta fagioli e cozze (ditali pasta, borlotti sauce, Mediterranean mussel, pancetta, Calabrian chili) at THB 590++, Fileja (handmade egg-free fileja, gobba sausage ragout, turnip tip, grated dry ricotta) at THB 590++, Costine di maiale (roasted Calabrian pork ribs, ciro reduction, carrot cream, red cipollotti, caria green bean) at THB 990++ and Stoccafisso (poached codfish, sila potato puree, ammacate olive, caper, wood-fired baked capsicum) at THB 1690++.

Enjoy an array of Arabic delicacies to complement the international buffet for lunch and dinner at The Dining Room from 6 - 15 May.  Special items will include Hummus (blended chickpeas, tahini, lemon), Mutabal (blended roasted eggplant, lemon, garlic), Fattoush (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, olive oil, lime), Taboule (chopped parsley, bulgur, lime, tomato), Foul meddamas (white bean, tomato, cumin, coriander), Shawarma (grilled lamb, garlic sauce, tomato, cucumber, pita), Shish tawook (chicken skewer, yoghurt, pita), Mansaf karuf (slow-cooked lamb in yoghurt sauce, almond, peanut), Kofta (minced lamb skewer), Falafel (deep-fried chickpea balls, coriander), Grilled haloumi (grilled cheese), Shish kebab (lamb skewer, garlic, cumin), Merguez (grilled beef-lamb sausage), Lebanese rice (basmati rice, vermicelli noodle, lemon), Mohallabiah (semolina custard, almond, pistachio), Aish el Saraya (bread, cream, rosewater, pistachio), Halva ice cream (toasted sesame paste), Kunafa kataifi (kataifi, ricotta, lemon, pistachio) and many more.  Feel free to come and enjoy the Arabic dining experience at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok.
