On 24th December and 25th December, the talented chefs at Latest Recipe, the hotel’s all-day restaurant, will present the Christmas Eve Dinner and Christmas Day Brunch – two bountiful buffets that will showcase a wide range of traditional favourites, including roasted turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce, beef wellington, sumptuous seafood and divine desserts such as yule log cake, panettone, stollen and more.
