An Easter ambience and mouthwatering menu to do just that. From a Canadian lobster served at your table to a banquet of cuisines covering Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Mediterranean, Western, Arabic and Indian dishes, the scene is set for fantastic Easter Sunday afternoon.
Our chefs will also be serving their specialties, which include roasted Wagyu beef, lamb and baked whole salmon with sea salt. Guests can top off their plates with our seafood on ice, where only the freshest catches will be on offer. For dessert, our pastry specialists have designed a delightful array of sweet treats including assorted chocolate eggs, mango coconut pavlova, tiramisu, chocolate fountain and panna cotta.
