The evening begins with an indulgent AMUSE BOUCHE: a rich brioche topped with oyster relish and anchovy, setting the stage for the exquisite flavors to follow.
Next, enjoy the elegant CARPACCIO DI MAZARA, featuring delicate red prawn carpaccio with a refreshing lactose lime gel, Beluga caviar and a smoky green element that brings an unexpected depth to the dish. Then, delight in the TROTA E ZAFFERANO: poached trout with saffron, paired with a fresh green salad, confit potato, trout roe, and a mustard Prosecco foam — a beautiful balance of textures and flavors.
