Valentine’s Day Menu is a perfectly choreographed set of 6-course menu created especially for the occasion, with a tasting menu featuring Duck foie gras royale, hazelnut, Lobster and black truffle salad, Fillet of sea bass, gold caviar, Lamb two ways, Anna potatoes, tamarind condiment, Rose and coconut finished with signature Chocolate from Alain Ducasse’ Manufacture in Paris “sweetheart” adorned with gold as the final and precious tribute to love.
