Guests can enjoy three prawn dishes (fried tiger prawns with Madan sauce, fried white prawns with mango & passionfruit salad, and steamed banana prawns with a choice of sauces), two mantis shrimp recipes (fried with garlic, chili and coriander sauce, and crispy fried with gooseberry sauce), and three squid options (grilled squid salad, chargrilled squid with seafood sauce, and slow-braised squid in sugar & tamarind broth).
