An authentic Thai all-day-dining restaurant, Praya Kitchen has sourced premium ingredients to serve top-notch Mother’s Day Brunch featuring a selection of retro dishes, recreated from chefs’ childhood memories along with live music. The signature dishes offered at the live cooking station such as Lobster Curry with Betel Leaves, Banana Blossom Salad with Foie Gras, Chicken Volcano and Lobster Xiao Long Bao. Don’t forget to wash down with Ya Dong, or traditional herb-infused Thai liquor that can be enjoyed at no extra cost.
The Surf ‘n’ Turf section features the Seafood Wall with 12 kinds of great tasting seafood including sea crabs, tiger prawns, and rock lobsters. The Butcher Selections presents 55-day dry-age soft Thai sirloin and steaks from Australia and the United States as well as lamb rib-eye from New Zealand.

The delectable 5-course set lunch is offered at THB 3,888++ for 2 persons, featuring Marinated Snow Fish with Green Tea and Soy Sauce Shrimp Ha Gaw Dumpling, Double-boiled Fish Maw Soup with Herbs, choose your main course from; Pan-fried Hokkaido Scallops with Golden Congee, Steamed Canadian Lobster with XO Sauce or Hui Mian Noodle with lamb.
