Bull & Bear’s six-course Valentine’s Day Dinner will serve up Foie Gras Terrine with Fig & Rosé Wine Jelly, Macadamia Crumble and Brioche Toast; Seafood Bouillabaisse; a choice of Grilled Blackmore Wagyu Striploin MB9 with Purple Potato Mousseline and Black Truffle or Grilled Japanese Madai (Sea Bream) served with Spinach Coulis, Sautéed Spinach, Romanesco, Beurre Blanc and Oscietra Caviar; and for dessert, a romantic Sunset Kiss prepared by executive pastry chef Andrea Noli.
The six-course Valentine’s Day dinner set will be served from 5:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (last order) and is priced at THB 4,500++ per person (food only).

Celebrate Valentine’s Day evening with all your loved ones around a table at The Brasserie, where our skillful culinary team will serve up a French-inspired seafood dinner of Gillardeau Oysters with Yuzu Gel and Trout Roe; Akami Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Spicy Mayo and Glass Potato Chips; Lobster Bisque; Half-Grilled Phuket Lobster or Roasted Wagyu Tenderloin; and a lovely dessert.
The Brasserie’s five-course Valentine’s Day Dinner set will be served from 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. (last order). It is priced at THB 2,900++ per person (food only).
Valentine’s Day Sweet Moments at Front Room
The Thai endearment “ter kub chan” (meaning “you and I”) has inspired Front Room’s chef de cuisine Sarocha and sous chef Athiti to prepare a Valentine’s Day dessert named “Chan & Ter”. With a nod to kanom chan, the steamed layer cake which is served on auspicious occasions, Front Room’s reimagined version is served with white chocolate honey terrine and a Chiang Mai strawberry coulis. It will make a perfect sweet ending to your Thai meal.
Chan & Ter will be available only on Valentine’s Day and is priced at THB 340++. In addition, all dine-in guests will be offered complimentary petit fours.
Drinks at The Loft
Ideal for raising a glass to Valentine’s Day (or any day, in fact!) with its bird’s-eye view of Bangkok, The Loft offers seating to suit any mood. Make a toast with your choice of handcrafted cocktail, fine wine or champagne, or tantalizing Valentine cocktail created by manager Michele Montauti and his team of mixologists.
On Valentine’s Day, a half-dozen oysters is on the house when opening a bottle of Champagne from The Loft’s menu (priced from THB 4,750++ - 38,000++/bottle). Special gin-based Valentine cocktail ‘US’ by our bar manager Michele Montauti priced at THB 980++ / couple. Bar bites are also available.

The delectable and IG-worthy sweet pastries include a Heart Balloon, Dulcey Mousse and Rose Water; Marco Polo Butterfly Sphere; and Coconut Rose, Lychee & Raspberry. Chef Chalit’s bite-sized savories include Foie Gras Torchon with Brioche and Raspberry Gel; Oyster & Caviar Cube with Yuzu Zest, Lime Jelly; Gyoza, River Prawn and Rice Vinegar Sauce.
