Hosted on Thursday November 27, this heartfelt buffet dinner will showcase the authentic flavors of Thanksgiving, including pumpkin soup, whole roasted turkey, honey-glazed ham, and duck roulade. These will be accompanied with all the traditional trimmings, such as roasted butternut squash, fried sweet potatoes, roasted baby carrots with balsamic vinegar, parsnip gratin, roasted Brussels sprouts, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, stuffing, giblet gravy, and cranberry sauce.
Alongside these American delights, diners can indulge in an amazing array of delicacies from around the world, including premium cold cuts and cheeses, seven kinds of seafood on ice (king crab, scallops, prawns, blue crab, mussels, Babylonia whelks, and rock lobster), an oyster bar, handcrafted sushi & sashimi, and live stations where chefs present fresh pasta, pan-seared Hokkaido scallops with truffle, wood-fired sea bass, squid ink risotto, and octopus salad.
The Asian station will feature homemade dim sum, Goji’s signature shabu-shabu, braised fish maw soup, wagyu beef noodles, and tom yum seafood, while Western dishes include truffle egg yolk & spinach ravioli, wild mushroom pizzas, and roasted baby back pork ribs. This November, the restaurant’s Mediterranean Corner will highlight the unique cuisines of Malta and Croatia, and a live carving station will serve dry-aged prime rib of beef, wagyu steaks, Australian lamb rack, and crispy pork belly.
