The 5-course auspicious set menu will be served for lunch and dinner along with performances that will entertain guests throughout the week of Chinese New Year celebration, from 4 – 10 February 2019.
The Health & Wealth set menu are created to give blessings for the whole year, prepared by the native Chinese chef, Bruce Hui. Apart from health benefits, each set menu includes the lavish Shanghainese and Cantonese dishes in which certain foods have symbolic meanings of prosperity and happiness.
The various seafood menu are prepared to the display of splendor such as Braised sea mud crab meat with soft tofu served in orange bowl, Steamed snow fish with Oolong tea soy sauce, and Double-boiled black chicken soup with baby abalone and wild shiake mushrooms. Hand-pulled noodles with minced pork and spicy sauce is worth-trying. The noodles are freshly made by our noodles master chef, Wang Wen Bin. Noodles represent longevity, a hope that everyone around the table enjoys a long and happy life.
