Cafe@2 invites couples to celebrate Valentine’s Day in style with a stunning six-course dinner that will transform your date night into an unforgettable evening! Our chefs will craft a delectable menu that combines many truly indulgent ingredients, such as succulent oysters, luscious lobster, silky foie gras and premium Iberico pork.
This luxurious feast starts with a David Hervé French oysters, prepared with passion fruit and sancho pepper vinaigrette, cured Ora King salmon, cucumber flower and lime – a fresh and balanced dish that sets the stage for the delights to come. This is followed by delicate foie gras royal, served with Earl Grey-smoked venison, parmesan chips, frisée salad and a port reduction.
Couples can then enjoy homemade lobster tortellini with a seared scallop, bacon and butter & thyme sauce, a sublime pasta dish that sings with the flavors of the sea. A palate-cleansing mango sorbet served with shiso leaves and crystal salt then prepares guests for a choice of mouth-watering main courses.
