Introducing the best-ever buffet to its best-loved Railway Restaurant, “The Railway’s Grand Buffet” welcomes in the New Year with an array of delicious delicacies inspired by French cuisine that will take you on a gourmet journey from start to finish.
Ensuring a memorable experience for every palate, The Railway’s Grand Buffet features dining delights from a variety of seafood on ice such as rock lobsters, blue crabs, New Zealand mussels and everyone's favorite freshly-shucked oysters to premium-quality meats at the carving corner including a well-marbled prime beef rib and roasted leg of lamb, complete with an entire line of sauces and condiments.

Diners can also enjoy delicious western specialties prepared ‘à-la-minute’ from our live-cooking stations such as Pan-seared foie gras, snails Provençale, sirloin steak Dianne, and a Classic French bouillabaisse while the choice salad dishes includes classic French salad and Nicoise salad.
A beautifully arranged selection of assorted cold cuts and imported cheeses will compliment our grand buffet while the dessert station lets you finish your meal with French’s temptations like chocolate Éclair, classic Mille-feuille, vanilla Religieuse, crème caramel and other traditional delights.
