At Dynasty, diners can expect wonderful flavours of home-style Cantonese cuisine and the delicacies of Imperial Chinese Era prepared by one of Hong Kong’s most celebrated chefs, Kam Lam Hing. Indulgent vegetarian highlights include some classic favourites like Mee Suah, stir-fried Chinese noodles with mushroom and carrot and Szechuan soup Chinese hot and sour soup. For those who crave more tastes of Chinese comfort food, try braised bean curd with mushrooms, stir-fried mixed chinese fruits & nuts, mixed- vegetable fried rice and more.
