It’s truffle time again here at Red Sky restaurant, with the sky-high rooftop restaurant & bar launching a brand-new truffle-filled a la carte menu.

Plus, with our spacious indoor restaurant with panoramic views of the seating, you needn’t let the wet weather put you off visiting this rainy season.
 
Alongside Red Sky’s regular a la carte and fine-dining set menus, we have introduced the following in-season truffle dishes – starting at just THB 555++

• Marinated Hokkaido Scallops with Truffle (10gr) & Baby Romaine - THB 655++
• Grain-Fed Beef Carpaccio with Chopped truffle (10gr) and Pine Nuts - THB 955++
• Corn Soup and Truffle Carpaccio with Crème Fraîche - THB 555++
• Steamed Green Asparagus with Maltese Sauce and Truffle (10 gr) Confit Tomato - THB 955++​

And if you want to top-up your truffle serving, you can always ask for a little extra, with shavings of this luxurious fungus priced at:

• THB 300++ for 5 gr of truffle
• THB 500++ for 10 gr of truffle
• THB 800++ for 15 gr of truffle
• THB 1,200++ for 20 gr of truffle
