Conrad Bangkok will celebrate Thailand’s finest seasonal fruit in May and June, with a series of exquisite and authentic new menu items at its restaurants and lounges. Throughout these two months, guests can discover dishes that showcase the best natural ingredients, locally sourced from fruit farms and orchards in Thailand. Wherever possible, the produce will have been grown organically. At Café@2, our vibrant all-day dining destination, diners can experience the refreshing flavor of Thai pomelo salad with fried shallots, roasted coconut and shrimp (THB 340), "Kuay Teow Gaeng Nuea", rice noodle soup with beef curry and coconut milk (THB 540), or "Khao Pad Saparot", Phuket pineapple fried rice with chicken (THB 480), all which are perfect as a light lunch. For dessert, the "Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée with Candied Ginger" (THB 320) is a wonderful tropical treat. Local fruits will also be on show at Liu, as the highly-skilled Chinese culinary team presents "Deep-Fried Mango Seafood Roll" (THB 320) and "Deep-Fried Longan with Crab Meat and Curry Spring Roll" (THB 320), City Terrace our pool side restaurant will also be offering special menu items, "Rice Paper Roll with Crab Meat, Green Mango, White Melon and Mint with Peanut Sauce" (THB 340), along with a delectable dessert of "Coconut Pudding with Lychee and Fresh Mango Salad" (THB 290). |
