Having been welcomed with a luxurious Amuse Bouche of caviar & crème fraiche, loved ones will be able to embark on an immersive epicurean adventure at the Oyster Bar & Seafood Station, Hand-cut Carving Station, and Hot Live Station on the top deck, featuring freshly-cooked delights such as seared Hokkaido scallops, truffle pasta, roasted Australian wagyu beef, pan-seared Atlantic halibut, and much more, all accompanied with glittering river views.
