Highlights include favorite Thai dishes such as Dry-aged Beef Steak with E-Sarn Sauce, Grilled Wagyu Donburi with Ka Praw Sauce, Beef Noodle and many more. Alternatively, choose your favorite choice of fresh meats from dry-aging fridge and leave it to Chefs’ hands to cook according to your preference.
Moreover, guests are invited to experience an array of fresh seafood at the “Seafood Wall”, featuring local sourced crustaceans such as River Prawns, Rock Lobsters, Blue Crabs and Mussels.
