Bangkok, Thailand, May 2023 – Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, the award-winning Cantonese dining destination at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, is inviting hotel guests and local residents to transport their taste buds on a journey to China with an exciting new selection of homemade dim sum dishes.

Crafted by our master dim sum chef, the new lunchtime menu features a variety of enticing items. Highlights include “Alaskan king crab dumpling”, offering a luxurious bite that balance the sweetness of the crab, “spicy mala crab meat soup dumpling”, where the numbing spice of Sichuan peppercorns harmonizes with the rich umami of the crab, “whole abalone dumpling” is served in a superior soup broth that enhances the natural sweetness and umami of the abalone. 
For spice lovers “Sichuan-style shrimp wonton” combines the freshness of shrimp with the bold, mouth-tingling flavors of Sichuan pepper and chili oil, “bean curd roll” is steamed to perfection and served in a light and fragrant chicken broth, and “steamed wagyu beef buns” are fluffy steamed buns, seasoned to enhance its natural richness, plus a sublime sweet option, “steamed chocolate Rocher & custard bun”, offers a perfect balance of sweetness and indulgence.
In addition to these delights, guests can enjoy “deep-fried spring rolls stuffed with Peking duck”, which provide a satisfying crunch that contrasts beautifully with the succulent, flavorful duck inside, “congee with whole abalone or grouper & scallop” is delicately seasoned and slow-cooked to enhance the natural flavors of the seafood, “e-fu noodles with crab meat” present a harmonious blend of textures and flavors, “Sichuan-style dan dan noodles” a tantalizing mix of minced pork, chili oil, Sichuan peppercorns, and preserved vegetables, “stir-fried brown rice with crispy pork belly” features a blend of fresh vegetables and aromatic seasonings, and “braised egg noodles with fish maw in brown sauce” combine the smooth texture of the noodles with the delicate taste of the fish maw beautifully in every bite.
