BANGKOK, THAILAND – EKKALUCK, the innovative dining destination at Madi Paidi Bangkok, Autograph Collection, is inviting its discerning guests and local residents to discover “The Wonders of Wine” this March, with an exclusive and highly interactive evening in collaboration with Must Wine Bar, the stylish venue in Thong Lor.
For one night only, on March 15th, 2025, Must Wine Bar will host a chic, social evening that will enable friends, couples and colleagues to savor a curated collection of premium labels and take part in fun tasting sessions, accompanied by creative cuisine and live music.

Wine lovers will be presented with a selection of six European labels, including a vibrant Saphir Brut, Bouvet-Ladubay (2022) sparkling wine from France’s Loire Valley; Kracher Welschriesling (2023), a fresh white wine from Burgenland in Austria; Points Cardinaux Métiss, Bott-Geyl (2019), an elegant white from Alsace, France; LOTE 3 Tinto, M.O.B. (2019), a full-bodied red wine from Dão in Portugal; Weninger Blaufränkisch (2019), a fruity red from Burgenland, Austria; and Costers del Gravet, Celler de Capçanes (2021), a complex yet approachable red from Montsant, Spain.
These vintages will be perfectly paired with Thai-inspired bites from EKKALUCK’S highly acclaimed Executive Chef Teerathep “Tor” Tishabhiromya. Dishes include pan-seared USA scallop wrapped in romaine lettuce with spicy chili-lime cream dressing; seared Thai wagyu beef on puff pastry with Thai mushroom & Panaeng curry sauce; chicken satay with peanut sauce in a crispy golden cup & cucumber pickled gel; seared foie gras on toasted brioche with mixed berry chutney; spicy tuna salad with roasted rice & ikura wrapped in cucumber; and roasted honey tomato & feta cheese bruschetta. A Charcuterie & Cheese Station will also showcase premium cured meats and the finest fromage.
To test their palate, guests will be invited to take part in a blind tasting challenge for the chance to win prize vouchers, and the entire evening will be set to the soundtrack of live music, creating an uplifting and highly social atmosphere.
