Head up to the 24 th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld to find the luxurious location perched over Rajaprasong intersection – offering sweeping views of the city together with an exciting spread of Cantonese and Asia fusion flavors. Running every Friday and Saturday from 18.00 – 22.30, Dynasty’s buffet features both hot and cold a la carte options prepared fresh in the kitchen, such as Fried seabass with Shanghai sauce”; “Stir fried beef and leek with black pepper sauce and Fried chicken with sweet and sour sauce. Other highlights from our cold menu options include Pressed pork, Smoked salmon and Drunken chicken.
