The partnership moves coffee beyond the cup and onto the plate, transforming it into a medium of flavor, depth, and aroma across a specially curated experience.
This nine‑dish seasonal journey unfolds like a tasting narrative, progressing from bright and earthy beginnings to rich and velvety finishes. Highlights include the Roasted Root Salad with coffee balsamic vibrance, the Creamy Mushroom Cappuccino Soup which is an edible interpretation of a cappuccino with Thai mushrooms, truffle, and coffee foam, the Thai Wagyu Steak (MBS9) featuring a coffee‑rubbed tenderloin with silky coffee gravy, and a reimagined Tiramisu infused with Chiang Rai coffee and subtle Thai sweetness. Five additional dishes complete the experience, each showcasing different personalities of coffee such as smoky, floral, fruity, bitter, bright, and aromatic.
Pang Khon Coffee Roastery was founded with a mission to uplift coffee farming communities in Chiang Rai through sustainable and fair‑trade practices. For more than three decades, the roastery has empowered farmers in Pang Khon village, helping preserve local craftsmanship and create long‑term livelihoods.
