The menus include a myriad of Japanese seafood specialties such as toro tuna served with oysters, pickles and dashi, dishes of seabass, cod and tuna, Hokkaido scallops with watercress, Ikura and dill and langoustine with kurobuta pork belly, carrots and Japanese curry.
