LET THE Ox-Tales, TELL THE FLAVOUR STORY
Ms.Jigger is always one to tell tales with flavors. Italians and Asians alike in the kitchen, they believe every part of the animal can be eaten. For this Lunar celebration, Ms.Jigger gives oxtails a major workout by slow-cooking, braising and wrapping them into auspicious oxtail ravioli. Elegantly folded into golden pockets, the bed of oxtail ravioli will be drizzled with a delightful red wine jus. To elevate the experience, Ms.Jigger can pair the meal with narrative sips.
