Yáo Restaurant invites diners to experience one of the healthiest food with Yellowtail Kingfish Set Menu prepared by native Chinese chef. The spectacular 5-course set is available from 1 September – 31 October 2019 at THB 1,988++ per person.
 
The 5- delectable dishes designed by our native Chinese head chef Bruce Hui with an authentic Shanghainese and Cantonese flavors. The set menu features;

• Sliced Yellowtail Kingfish wrapped in Rice Paper served with Seaweed
• Steamed Yellowtail Kingfish with Garlic Sauce in Lotus Leaf
• Deep-fried Yellowtail Kingfish & Shrimp Ball with Salty Egg Yolk Sauce
• Cantonese Congee with Yellowtail Kingfish and Hokkaido Scallops
• Black Sesame Ball and Coconut Pudding
