These delicious new dishes, created by our superstar chef, Martin Blunos, include delights such as Spätzle (Swiss-style pasta with salted egg yolk and northern-style sausage, based on Chef’s winning recipe from IRON CHEF THAILAND), Lamb Burger (with mint jelly mayonnaise and red onion), Pork Tomahawk (with mustard-mashed potato and wilted greens) and English Tea Time Trifle (with fresh fruits, cherry and raspberry jelly, sherry-soaked sponge with custard and whipped cream). It is definitely time to spoil your taste buds on the 14th floor of Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn at Blunos restaurant, where everybody will enjoy our most recent culinary creations in a laid-back atmosphere at one of the most popular restaurants in the city.
