FESTIVE MENUCELEBRATE THE FESTIVE SEASON AT QUINCE
Nothing says the most magical time of the year like dinner at Quince. This year is extra special as Quince celebrates 10 years of holidays and merriment, with a festive menu to bring cheer and good tidings to friends and families.
Quince has prepared a delicious 3-course prix fixe menu for 1,500++ per person, with choices of additional oysters, caviar, and truffles to bring you into the festive spirit. Available from 22 - 30 December only, reserve your tables now and make Quince part of your holiday tradition this year.
This year’s festive menu (served on 22 - 30 December only), starts with a pop of colour; a BEETROOT TARTARE served w/ smoked labneh, this festive amuse-bouche is rich, earthy and sumptuous – the perfect colourful bite to kick-start your Holiday feast.
Guests can follow up their tasty ruby-red amuse-bouche with a choice of starters; SMOKED SAGANAKI with sage walnut picada, candied ginger, BBQ BABY SQUID served with spicy nahm jim talay aioli, creamy and crispy FOIE GRAS FRENCH TOAST served on maple pumpkin butter, yuzu jam & bacon lardon, or BURNT BROCCOLINI accompanied by miso anchovy butter, pickled currants, and preserved lemon.
Getting to the main star of the dinner is a choice of mains; TRUFFLE BUTTER SPAGHETTINI with girolle mushroom, and preserved duck egg. SLOANE'S PORK CHOP served with cranberry bbq sauce, STEAK FRITES a 300g rib eye steak cooked to perfection served with hand-cut chips, and peppercorn cream sauce, BBQ RAINBOW TROUT with achiote paste & herbs, or GIANT RIVER PRAWN THERMIDOR.
To end on a sweet note, enjoy a choice of PANNA COTTA with wine-poached pear, pecan brittle, candied sage, or BAKED CAMEMBERT covered with truffle honey, toasted walnut and quince jam.

To top off an already amazing menu Quince’s somalie has prepared a wonderful Andre Clouet Grande Reserve Champagne, available by the glass or by the bottle.
This small-grower of Blanc de Noir Champagne is 100% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru vineyards of the Bouzy subregion. Packed with ripe pear and apricot fruit aromas, it is lifted by citrus and white flower notes. Bouzy subregion ranks amongst the greatest terroirs of Champagne. It’s one of the warmest in the Montagne de Reims and according to Champagne aficionado Peter Liem.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve in the tropics
| Siri House once again opens its doors into a tropical oasis with 'A Very Tiki New Year’s Eve'. Grab a welcome cocktail before nibbling on Pacific Oysters with Kiwi Salsa, to induce dreams of the south pacific. Guests will enjoy a shared Tiki inspired menu of Poke-style Salmon Carpaccio, Loco Moco with - Dry-Aged Wagyu Pattie, Mushrooms & Fried Duck Egg, Halibut Grilled in Banana Leaf, and of course Roast Suckling Pig. Ring in the new year with true abandonment. Join the party early at 6pm before watching the fireworks or join us later at 9pm to get the festivities started.
