With succulent steaks and inventive fusion dishes, this enticing à la carte menu is sure to stimulate the senses and inspire the imagination.
Guests can discover a choice of premium cuts of wagyu beef MB7/8, dry-aged for 21 days then chargrilled to perfection in Josper grill by the culinary experts at Akira Back. A choice of Striploin (THB 550++ per 100 grams) or Prime Rib (THB 690++ per 100 grams) steaks is available, served with creamy black pepper sauce, chimichurri, and kizami wasabi.
Alternatively, Akira Back’s signature Wagyu Pizza (THB 740++) is enlivened with fresh wagyu beef slices, umami aioli, and white truffle oil, while Tteok & Cheese (THB 380++), a Korean rice cake and cheese dish, is a unique side dish inspired by mac & cheese. Potato Jorim (THB 280++) features Korean-style braised baby potatoes in a sweet and savory sauce serve on potato puree.
