New Year’s in Bangkok is best spent high in the sky at a rooftop location – an ideal setting to soak up the electric atmosphere and incredible views over Bangkok. This year, Red Sky restaurant on the 55th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld is holding an extravagant 8-course Gala Dinner – the perfect place welcome in 2022 in style.
 
Our Chefs Andrea Montella and Christian Ham will be curating this sumptuous “Gala Dinner”, starting from 19.00 on the big night. Following the dining concept of the restaurant, the menu promises premium imported ingredients from around the world with creative French influences.
