EXECUTIVE chef Booncherd Kaewplung of Flava Restaurant presents the Thai Heritage Cuisine Thursday Dinner Buffet at Dream Bangkok Sukhumvit 15. The buffet kick starts with a signature Thai welcome drink as visitors are greeted by an onslaught of Thai stations featuring local favourites like papaya salad, tom yum goong, BBQ skewers and many more. There is also a limitless number of Thai sweets to indulge in, including the country's famous sweet mango and sticky rice which is prepared at a live cooking station. The extravagant dinner buffet is priced at B850++ per person and will be held every Thursday night from 6-10pm.
