Two menus, one featuring Thai flavours, the other with Western dishes, each offer an ample selection, so diners could have a different yet equally delicious meal every day for weeks. From the Thai set menu, choose from three tasty appetisers, including a piquant coconut-based ginger and lemongrass mushroom soup, followed by a main featuring the highest quality ingredients, such in the Wagyu beef phad kaprao. The Western also starts with three delicious starters, such as river prawn bisque, and continues with tempting entrees like a rich linguini with slow-cooked beef short rib ragout. Both menus end with three refreshingly sweet desserts. Once diners decide whether they prefer Thai or Western, they can choose a main and an appetiser or dessert. Or they can select one of each for a full three courses. The Business Set Lunch menus are available from Monday to Friday from 11:30 to 15:30 at Flourish restaurant: THB 490++ for two courses (main course + dessert or appetiser).
