Led by the celebrated Chef de Cuisine Tharathon Chindaphu and his passionate culinary team, each dish is prepared to serve using only the freshest fish of excellent quality with a fresh crop of refreshing fruit and vegetables to perfectly complement the season's best produce while adding a creative Cosmopolitan flair from around the globe.
Some of the highlighted dishes include Oven-roasted snow fish with orange-white wine sauce and sweet potatoes mash and Honey-glazed grilled salmon served with a remarkably fresh, yet creamy Asian take in the bistro’s homemade soy-ginger dressing that tops seasonal salad greens. Pan-seared fillet of sea bass likewise boasts its moist tenderness with crispy skin and a golden finish.
