At Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant, we want to serve you nothing but the freshest! From 3rd July until 31st August, come and discover the “Freshness in Every Bite” with our special menu using premium ingredients imported from France.
The delectable dishes that will have you craving French food for dinner will include classic succulent roasted duck breast served with apricot in rosemary, honey and mashed purple cabbage, and delicious baby squid stuffed with mozzarella cheese served with melon, watermelon, cucumber, basil and Espelette pepper. The beautifully balanced menu continues with sea bream tartar with watermelon spheres and a yuzu dressing, and balls of melon with Parma ham, tomatoes and basil jelly. Other highlights will be bonito fish steak with caramelized onions, melon and green pepper, tasty roasted beer-marinated beef in Carpaccio style served with baby endive, Fourme d’Ambert cheese, pear espuma and walnuts, and poached oysters with grilled watermelon and a seaweed salad. To end the evening perfectly, choose your dessert from frozen watermelon mousse with red onions, feta cheese and blood orange marshmallow or a divine fruit tart served with poached pear and red fruits.
