From 16th – 18th January, 25 Degrees Burgers, Wine & Liquor Bar welcomes renowned Chef Black from Blackitch Artisan Kitchen, Chiang Mai.

For three days only, Chef Black will collaborate with our own Chef de Cuisine Sylvain Royer to create a farm-to-burger menu that uses only the freshest, highest-quality local ingredients sourced from local farming communities throughout Chiang Mai. Combining Chef Black’s unique style with 25 Degrees distinctive American burger joint DNA, the enticing menu will include a snack, two burgers, and one milkshake.

Experience quality, cooked-to-perfection patties together with a great combination of all local produce sourced between fluffy house-made brioche buns. Savour an irresistible snack of cream cheese avocado bacon bites with a northern Thai spice blend and a sweet and sour river prawn miso sauce. For a juicy burger selection, Chef Black’s farm-to-burger creations will bring together his distinctly local take on the classic American beef burger. The first burger selection is a Green Papaya Pickle Burger that brings together halloumi cheese made in Chiang Mai mixed with local hawaw herbs, dill and deep fried crispy chicken skin. For another burger experience try Chef Black’s burger Thai Basil & Pla Ra Sauce burger. For a sweet finish, indulge in a delicious homemade Earl Grey tea ice cream and a Chiang Mai cacao wafer milkshake.
Phanuphon Bulsuwan or known as Chef Black, is the chef and owner of Blackitch Artisan Kitchen in Chiang Mai. A self-taught cook, Chef Black has championed a sustainable dining approach through creating a daily menu that is based on seasonal local ingredients sourced directly from local farmers throughout Chiang Mai. His restaurant offers an intimate one-of-a-kind dining experience for a maximum of 16 guests seated across two tables in a cozy and homey setting. He is also known as a master of fermentation techniques and has been cooking at numerous high-profile food events, including the recent Wonderfruit Festival in Pattaya.

Chef Black will be at 25 Degrees Burgers Bar for three days from 16th – 18th January. His special menu will be available until the end of March 2020.

25 Degrees is open 24 hours / 7 days a week. For more information and reservations, please call 02 352 4192, email [email protected] or visit www.facebook.com/25DegreesBangkok.
