Central Marketing Group, the official distributor of Casio G-SHOCK Thailand has introduced the latest innovation from Casio’s G-SHOCK line-up of shock-resistant watches featuring carbon fiber, also known as the ‘third generation of toughness’ that is 10 times stronger than steel and four times lighter. The new watches include GRAVITY MASTER GWR-B1000 and GA-2000.
The new GWR-B1000 and GA-2000 are distinct with its newly reinforced Carbon Core Guard Structure that is first introduced by Casio. Leveraging the properties of carbon fiber, which is used for aircraft parts, the new structure boasts ultimate strength while weighing less and delivering superior shock resistance.
The GRAVITY MASTER GWR-B1000 uses a carbon monocoque case made from carbon fiber-reinforced resin that seamlessly integrates the case and case back. As a result, the watch is able to achieve superior strength, but lighter in weight to allow maximum comfort for wearers.
In terms of functionality, GRAVITY MASTER GWR-B1000 maintains its concept as a tough watch designed for severe environments faced by pilots. The watch is equipped with Bluetooth® and radio-controlled timekeeping systems (Multiband 6) to achieve the accuracy required for professional flight missions. There is also the addition of Tough Solar and Triple G Resist for protection against shock, centrifugal force, and vibration – along with 200-meter (20 bar) water resistance. GWR-B1000 is available in two colourways including GWR-B1000-1A1 (Blue x Black) and GWR-B1000-1A (Grey x Black) at 37,500 baht.

The case and back cover are integrated into a carbon monocoque configuration, and the carbon face incorporates CASIO original solar technology that maximizes power generation using the light that enters through the digital dial surfaces. Only 40 of the GWR-B1000-1A Limited Edition watches will be available in Thailand, at the price of 45,000 baht.
Another notable model is the G-SHOCK GA-2000 that features a Carbon Core Guard Structure and brand-new interchangeable band. The new watch is designed with street fashion lifestyle of modern and active persona in mind, in order to achieve personalisable watch that is interchangeable to everyday looks and lifestyle. The case is made of fine resin that incorporates carbon fiber for lightweight quality, along with rigidity that is superior to that of resin. This material protects the internal module from shock-induced damage and deformation, and the dual back cover protects the back surface against external impact.
The new GA-2000 watch comes with standard functions including shock resistance, World Time, 1/100 second stopwatch, dual LED lights, five time alarm clocks and many more.
