Guests who dine at Espresso from September to November 2019 will embark on a culinary journey of the world’s most famous salmon dishes from both the East and West.
At Baht 1,400++ per person, you can enjoy locally-inspired Pha Pla Salmon (Thai spicy salmon salad with smoked chilli paste and herbs), Hor Mok Pla Salmon (Salmon with red curry paste soufflé) and Panaeng Salmon. Additionally, for a taste of salmon in its purest form, diners can relish the fresh salmon sushi and sashimi.
Heading westward, the chefs of Espresso will also be serving grilled salmon hot plates for barbeque enthusiastic. On rotation daily will be the Salmon with Basil Pesto Sauce, Salmon with Saffron Sauce, and Salmon with Thermidor Sauce.
