Spanning a ‘live’, cooked-by-order station, as well as signature dishes from the hotel’s two rooftop restaurants - Red Sky and UNO MAS - this luxurious all-you-can-eat brunch is priced at THB 1,890++/ person including drinks and alcohol (0-3 years old dine free, 4-11 years old charge 50% from full price). But that’s not all you get for the price.
Other highlights include freshly cooked pizzas and pasta, a Mediterranean Grill, Seafood on Ice (with Alaska king crab, Maine Lobster, Shrimp rosemary, Manila clams and more), fresh oyster selections, Terrine, Indian, Japanese, Chinese; roasted duck and suckling pig, carvery, desserts and many other stations.
