In partnering up with Green Monday, Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit introduces a brand-new menu with additional plant-based healthy dishes at two dining outlets — Tapas Vino and Flourworx Café. Given that reducing carbon footprint and promoting wellness is an everyday goal at Pullman, the meatless menu is offered daily as opposed to only Mondays. Green Monday is a social enterprise group that advocates green initiatives, from reducing carbon footprint to performing environmental responsibilities. Pullman invites local residents and global travellers to participate in Green Monday activities by simply indulging in delicious yet nutritious vegetarian cuisines. This includes vegan, gluten-free options, too.

As Tapas Vino will be serving six new dishes, including superfood salad (THB 260++), eggplant pizza (THB 160++) and falafel wrap (THB 190++). Juicy and earthy, the beetroot tartare (THB 190++) make an interesting starter as it is smoked with thyme and rosemary. For a creamy and comforting main, the pumpkin and green asparagus risotto (THB 260++) hits the spot. On the other hand, FlourWorx offers three items which are also available at Tapas Vino. The star dish will definitely be the famous Beyond Burger (THB 350++) which is served in a charcoal bun with vegan cheese, guacamole, caramelised onion and roasted capsicum.
