Leading the culinary team is the highly experienced Executive Chef Marcello Piacentini. A true culinary highlight is the spectacular Seafood & Grill Dinner Buffet, a lavish paradise for food lovers with over 85 delectable items. Guests can indulge in premium seafood, a rotating selection of 4 types of freshly imported oysters, crafted house-smoked meats, and premium cuts of meat and seafood sizzling, perfectly grilled on an open-fire 'Parrilla' grill. The buffet also showcases rare, authentic dishes from the local Chonburi province, bringing authentic flavors to your plate.
