For his latest culinary masterpiece, Executive Chef Philippe Gaudal is preparing U.S. Prime Ribeye with the bone attached only Baht 3,900++ (500g). The meat is rich, amazingly tender and full of flavor. Chef Philippe is also presenting U.S. Short Ribs cooked Bordelaise style, combining the hearty flavors of slow cooking in a delicious wine sauce. Only Baht 2,700++ (300g) at Rib Room & Bar Steakhouse, located on the 31st floor, available from now – 31st December 2019.
