​Flare Restaurant invites you to experience authentic Thai food and dessert ‘Spicy Seafood Coconut Curry’, with tiger prawn, Japanese scallop, mussel and squid in red curry and coconut milk served together with grill coconut shrimp mousse at THB 750 nett and ‘Sweet Coconut Dumpling in Coconut Cream’, with fresh coconut stuffed in taro and pumpkin dumpling with egg in coconut milk at THB 250 nett. Available every day at Flare Restaurant on level 15 from 6pm – 10.30pm

Drift Lobby Lounge & Bar introduces a wide selection of appetizer and dessert from coconut and coconut milk including ‘Fresh Coconut Dip with Crab and Pork’ served with vegetables, rice vermicelli, prawn crackers and crispy rice at THB 350 nett, ‘Coconut Shrimp Burger’, mini spicy shrimp burgers with Tom Yum sauce and fries at THB 350 nett, ‘Coconut Curry Prawn Tempura Salad’, prawn tempura with toasted coconut and coconut curry sauce at THB 350 nett, Coconut Custard Cake at THB 150 nett, Coconut and Pecan Caramel at THB 150 nett, Coconut and Mango Pudding at THB 150 nett and Chocolate and Coconut Cake at THB 150 nett. Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar presents a delicious 3-course set menu. Starting with an appetizer ‘Coconut Chowder’ with scallop and toasted coconut, followed by main dish ‘Coconut & Garam Masala Marinated Chicken with Basmati Rice’ and complete the meal with a dessert inspired by well-known Piña Colada, ‘Pina Colada Semifreddo’, coconut mousse and meringue together with pineapple. All together is priced at THB 1,850 nett per set. Available every day at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar on level 34 from 6pm – 11pm.
