Diners can indulge in a selection of specially crafted strawberry-themed treats, including strawberry mousse, Valrhona macarons, cream puffs, fruity yoghurt curd, chocolate strawberries and vanilla & candied strawberry scones with clotted cream and jam.
These will be served alongside a series of creative savory delights, including strawberry & brie tartine, red king crab & avocado, duck liver mousse with strawberry flakes, and ham and gruyère sandwiches.
