Jamie’s Italian marks the occasion with pizza giveaways.
Jamie’s Italian is celebrating International Pizza Day on 9 February by giving away any free pizza from the a la carte menu with every main order in the restaurant.
Pizza has always been at the forefront of Jamie’s Italian with a whole section of the menu dedicated to this much-loved dish. The pizzas are made with specially blended imported flour, which is hand-stretched and topped with the best local and imported ingredients before being cooked in a stone oven.
Classic pizzas include Turbo-Charged Margherita with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and Parmesan, as well as Four Cheese, with mozzarella, cheddar, taleggio and Parmesan. The restaurant also offers a number of more innovative signature pizzas such as Gennaro’s Spicy Sausage with house-made crushed tomato sauce, chilli, spicy pork sausage from Sloane’s, garlicky spinach and mozzarella, and the Carne made with tomato sauce, nduja, smoky pancetta and spicy salami. Vegetarians will be pleased to find The Spicy Norma with tomato sauce, roasted eggplant, chilli and mozzarella.
