Jamie’s Italian enters the holiday season with the Festive Feast Menu.
Jamie’s Italian is introducing new Christmas sets for the festive season. Packed with famous Christmas staples and hearty favourites, the Festive Feast Menu is a sure way to get in the holiday mood.
Diners can choose between five starters, five mains and five desserts which are all made with premium seasonal produce and famous Italian and British holiday dishes in mind. Starters include Duck Liver Pâté with free-range duck liver pâté from Sloane’s, balsamic onions, sage and Parmesan. The Salmon Bruschetta comes with premium Irish smoked salmon, whipped ricotta, lemon and horseradish, while the Retro Prawn Cocktail takes diners back to the 90s’ all-time favourite, made with sustainably sourced prawns and served with smashed avocado, radicchio and spicy rosé mayonnaise.
Mains include a rustic Osso Bucco Alla Milanese with a large piece of slow-cooked veal served on an oozy saffron risotto with Mediterranean vegetables and red wine sauce, as well as Mushroom & Truffle Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and wild mushrooms and served in a creamy mushroom sauce with truffle carpaccio. For those seeking a more British affair, the Festive Roast Chicken comes with traditional pigs in blankets and celeriac purée. All mains are served with rosemary roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots and local greens.
No Christmas is complete without a good Christmas pudding and the one at Jamie’s Italian comes filled with nuts and seeds and is served with a rich brandy cream. Other desserts include the Festive Dark Chocolate Tart, a lavish dark chocolate tart served with blossom honey ice cream, hazelnuts, cherry compote and orange zest, and the Festive Sundae, a striking concoction of vanilla and cherry ice cream, berry compote, caramelised orange and chocolate sauce. Don’t miss the cheese board, a selection of locally produced artisanal cheese served with crackers and pickles.
The Festive Feast Menu is priced at just THB1250 for three courses with tea or coffee and diners have the option of starting the meal with a glass of prosecco for THB200. The menu is available from 15 November to 2 January at Jamie’s Italian Siam Discovery.
