| Jamie’s Italian Bangkok is introducing mouth-watering weekend roasts for the whole family. Served every Saturday and Sunday at the restaurant in Siam Discovery, Jamie’s Roasts come in several variations to cater to different tastes, including a scrumptious vegetarian set. Try the Pork Loin Chop with a juicy roasted pork loin from sustainable butcher Sloane’s, served with silky celeriac purée, gravy and apple sauce, or how about the Chargrilled Fillet Steak, a prime angus beef roasted to perfection in bone marrow and served with a wild mushroom and red wine sauce. For something a little different, try the Australian Roasted Rack of Lamb, which comes with pumpkin purée and salsa verde. A lighter option would be the Roast Chicken, sustainably sourced from Sirin Farm and served with sausages wrapped in bacon, celeriac mash and gravy. Vegetarians can opt for the Nut Roast, a tasty quinoa, bean and ricotta nut roast served in a rich arrabbiata sauce. All Jamie’s Roasts are served with rosemary roast potatoes, house-made Yorkshire puddings, bottomless roast vegetables and unlimited gravy. The roasts are priced at 760 baht with the option of adding a glass of house wine for 180 baht or a 1-litre carafe for 920 baht. |  |
