Cold Seafood – Featuring the highlighted dishes; Lightly Smoked Salmon with Capper Sauce, Smoked Duck, Cranberry and Pear Salad, Soba Noodle Salad with Shrimp and Ginger Soy Dressing and many more dishes.
Main Dishes – Featuring Western and Thai cuisines include Black Ink Spaghetti, Cherry Tomato Sauce with Boston Lobster and Fresh Mint; Crispy Duck Leg Confit with Roasted Apple, Sweet Potato and Star Anise Sauce and Roasted Chicken Breast with Mushroom Stuffing and Root Roasted Vegetables.
