A One-Night-Only Culinary Collaboration in Celebration of International Women’s Day
Khao Lak, Thailand – March 24, 2025 – Following the success of the inaugural “Inspired by Women: 4 Hands Dinner” hosted at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa on 8 March 2025, JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa is proud to host the second edition of this heartfelt culinary collaboration on Sunday, 30 March 2025 at the beachfront Drift Beach Bar & Grill.
This exclusive dinner event continues the celebration of International Women’s Day, honoring the remarkable women shaping Thailand’s culinary scene. The evening will feature a collaborative menu by two distinguished chefs: Chef Tim of JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa and Chef Sa of JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa. Together, they present a culinary journey that weaves Thai traditions with modern creativity.
This exclusive dinner event continues the celebration of International Women’s Day, honoring the remarkable women shaping Thailand’s culinary scene. The evening will feature a collaborative menu by two distinguished chefs: Chef Tim of JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa and Chef Sa of JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa. Together, they present a culinary journey that weaves Thai traditions with modern creativity.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated 5-course set menu with beverage pairings, using locally sourced ingredients, including herbs and produce from the resort’s JW Garden. Menu highlights include Tofu Curry Ball with Mee Hun Noodles, Sustainable Grouper Roulade, Slow-Cooked Beef Cheek in Chef Tim’s Signature Curry, and inventive takes on traditional Thai sweets.
