the day at this exclusive dining experience, held from 21 – 23 November 2024.

Get ready for an explosion of flavours as Jam Jam Eatery & Bar at ASAI Bangkok Chinatown proudly announces a limited-time collaboration with KEK Seafood, the acclaimed Singaporean zi char establishment.

From 21 to 23 November 2024, food enthusiasts can indulge in specially curated menus featuring KEK Seafood's signature dishes that have captured the hearts and palates of locals and international diners alike.

KEK Seafood is renowned for its authentic and innovative take on zi char, a beloved Singaporean cuisine that combines traditional Chinese cooking techniques with fresh, local ingredients. Chef Wayne Liew, the third-generation head chef of the KEK family, will lead the collaboration, bringing with him years of experience and a passion for creating dishes that are both delicious and memorable.
Two delectable set menus will be available for dinner on 21-23 November:

2 Pax Set: A curated selection of KEK Seafood's signature dishes, crafted to offer an authentic and satisfying dining experience for two.
4 Pax Set: Ideal for sharing, this set includes all the dishes from the 2 Pax Set, with an added special dish for an even more indulgent meal.
KEK Seafood's signature dishes are a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to quality and flavour. One of the Signature Chilli Crab, a quintessential Singaporean dish, is made with succulent crabs handpicked and paired with freshly made fluffy Mantous (Chinese steamed buns).
