The special feast is prepared and presented by husband and wife team Chef Joe Napol Jantraget and Chef Saki Hoshino, founders of Samlor and part of the original team and creative minds behind the success of the award winning 80/20 restaurant. Samlor means “tricycle” in Thai and this cozy restaurant in Bangkok’s Chinatown serves up local street food made with hand-picked seasonal and premium ingredients. While Joe creates the savory items, Saki is at the helm of the dessert menus. For their first time cooking in Samui, Chef Joe and Chef Saki will be preparing highlights such as “Marinated Local Fish Crudo” Citrus Vinaigrette & Chili Oil and” Curry Crab Chawanmushi”, local Beans and Fermented Chili, and “Grilled Wagyu striploin”, Glazed oyster, Baked rice and Kale and etc. Our contemporary and vibrant BoHo Thai Lifestyle Café is situated by the resort’s Olympic-size pool and enveloped by lunch greenery featuring both indoor dining and al fresco dining.
